Did you know the in the april of 1994, estimated close to one million Rwandain people were killed in a massive genocide...? Men, women, and children alike were slaughtered just because they were born of a different tribe. Students, doctors, teachers, lawyers, everyone, killed just because they were Tutsi. Think about it...

Yes I did know that.
I did three reports on it.
It was more or less horrendous.
And no one cared.
But I dont know about misusing their memory for one's own purposes.

The only purpose, is that I feel like Im blinded, by the normal life I live in America... And it's sad when it takes a movie, to make me aware of the tragedies happening in the world.

not him. just speaking in generalities.
people at school and stuff make fun of everything. and no one cared about any of it until after they were dead and they could use the dead people to get some sort of change made in the world or get some political leverage with pathos toward these people and its lame. I was just talking about the world in general.

Yeah, but he isnt the "general" or anyone at your school, or anyone you even know. He was just an outsider trying to make the world more aware, and you beat him down for it...
